Women's Service Day

Join us on Tuesday, April 28th for Women’s Service Day as we come together to love and serve our neighbors well. To make it possible for more women to participate, we are offering two different service opportunities — one in the morning and one in the evening. Both events are open to ladies of all ages.

Brookdale Senior Living Center (9:00–10:30 AM)
We will spend the morning loving on and pouring into the residents at Brookdale Senior Living Center. Our time may include playing games, holding hands, singing songs, making crafts, painting nails, laughing together, listening to stories, and simply being present. We desire to share the love of Jesus in this season of their lives through kindness, joy, and meaningful connection.

Vineyard Church (5:00–6:30 PM)
In the evening, we will gather at Vineyard Church to pack welcome bags for children entering the Isaiah 117 House, as well as appreciation bags for DCS caseworkers. Both the Isaiah 117 House and DCS Caseworkers care for children in foster care on one of the hardest days of their lives. As we pack each bag, we will take time to pray over each child and caseworker who will receive a bag, asking that they would deeply feel the love of Jesus through this simple act of kindness.
